Ultimate Enterprise Access is the business edition of Ultimate Magnifier & Speech. It is designed for organisations that want to provide magnification and speech on many workplaces at once, with as little effort for their IT department as possible.

- Network licensing: manage licences centrally from a server instead of per computer
- Remote and virtual environments: use magnification and speech in Citrix, Remote Desktop and VMware Horizon, together with Ultimate Remote Access
- Documentation for IT: installation guides, activation and troubleshooting information
